My immediate Superior had just done my annual review with me on last Thursday..Practically, all was on the high side of gradings till i saw i part where i was graded "5" at TEAMWORK..
"WHY?"
He told me that the incident with ONG CHIN PO must teach me lesson to be able to communicate well with the others..
In my heart, i was thinking.."WHAT THE F***!BECAUSE OF THIS STUPID INCIDENT, I WAS GRADED TO 5 POINTS ONLY!!
I felt so unfairly graded!
If they are should understand that annual appraisal done should be graded accordingly to the past half year performance instead of 1 stupid incident to derive the conclusion..
I was really disappointed in this reason he gave me..
At that point of time, I really made up my mind to tender..
I would hand in after my bonus and hopefully, i be able to find a suitable job where people appreciate my talents..
If this is the way they continue to grade their people, good luck to them..Labels: JOB

Today is my 29th birthday..
It marks LAST "2"..
My mama cooked a bowl of noodles instead of "mian xian" because she said i too lucky that all the "mian xian" are out of stock..My dad gave me an angbao..For the past 29years, i have never eaten "mian xian" cooked by my mama on my birthday nor received angbao from my dad..Its a record..
Till now,I had received a wallet from my collegue which i don't fancy the design..I am going to get it changed later..I accepted the present, however its not my taste..Another gift is 3 digit angbao from my secondary classmate..A hand phone strap from my ITE classmate and a handmade handicraft from FY..
Last night, we went to New York (*2) for dinner..The pastas are extremely nice!Must try..After which, we went to clark quay for drinks at CLINIC..It was so weird to sit on a wheelchair and drinking..
We switched over to another place for drinks again plus pool games..

I m back from my Kuantan..It was a 6hrs journey from Sin..Upon reaching our destination, my collegue, Siew Chan(SC)'s eldest sister picked us up from the bus terminal..We were very hungry and settled for some finger food first.."LOK LOK" (Pronounce as six in Cantonese) It was some food piled on satay sticks, dipped into the boiling water and add in some fabulous sauce..The best adventure about this meal was to cooked your own food while standing, pouring or dipping into the great sauce and eating it right on the spot..

"Some snacks i had, it tasted better than sin"
"We drove 1 hour from home just to eat this famous steamed fish with noodles for breakfast.I don't taste anything special about this.Very bland."

It was a great stay at Siew Chan's place..Your will never feel sad or hungry because her family are such loving and fun people!Eat & relax along the beaches are their daily routine..It was so relaxing..
