Today, I finally bought a new helemt for myself..
It is nt a full face..
Just a normal black helmet..
It costs me $55..
Expensive!

Today, I had my bike service and headed down to J.B straight..

I took a bus down with my cute collegue, Liyun..

Wah..There was this human jam as usual at the Malaysia checkpoint..

There was this irritating lady standing behind me..kept pushing me..Super irritating..Cant wait for her turn..WTH!I took a pic of her secretly..

We went shopping around at HOLIDAY PLAZA..Had LUNCH at KFC!Nice!Must try!

Today, she bought a top and there is a FREE 5R photo shot with full make-up and hairdo plus 1 outfit..I waited for her from 3-6pm..

We are not able to collect the photo on the spot..Therefore, they would have to mail her..We took a cab down to leisure mall to meet up with another collegue for some grocery shopping..We had dinner somewhere near MERLIN TOWER..Its our 1st time there and our last time..

Can you imagined being chased off twice after we found our seats?
It is not free seating..Must eat their food or buy their drinks then can sit..
WTF! WORST! ANGRY! IRRITATED!

In my heart, I was thinking WTF!!!

I end work at 3pm today..

Rode my bike to HOLIDAY INN HOTEL to attend the annual LONG SERVICE CUM SAFETY AWARD.

The food was bad..Uncooked chicken..Lousy chef..

Basically, this is my weight currently..I felt so delighted!My hard work have paid off..All those cardios..all those sweats..all those pain..it was really a form of achievement for me!Can you imagine that?I was overweight..Now, i am of ideal weight..hahaha..I felt so happy!However, this is not going to stop..I have to carry on those work-outs at the gym..maintain..if not after I reached 30, my shape is going to be there for life..Keep fit!

YEAH!
