Today, I went for my gym as usual..
The usual instructor was out of town and there is a stand in for her class..
His name is LI YI..sounds like gal's name to me..
I left 15mins after the start of the class because it was in a great mess..
The co-ordination given by the instructor was bad..
I was a regular for bodycombat..
However, he did not meet my expectations..
He was loud but unsteady..not organising enough to lead the audience..
I felt unmotivated enough to carry on further..
Therefore, I decided to leave..
I went for lunch at cineleisure orchard..
The famous roast meat rice..It was crunchy!Yummy!
Must try!basement 1..
SHOP NAME = HK ROAST
I went over to borders to look around for travel books..
When i decided to leave for home, it started pouring..
Argh..This is the first time of my life that I am stuck more then 2 hours to wait for the rain to stop before i can go home..
Cos i parked my bike at a open space carpark..
I am unable to wear my raincoat unless it is sheltered..
That is a waste of my time today..

All is well except for that stupid GYM POLICY!
I had misplaced my gym card due to the rain.
It was forgetful of me.
It is so unlike me.
It is just not me.
I had always placed my things neatly and in an orderly manner.
This time round, i thought I had lost the card. Who knows?
I had searched for 2 days but in vain.
My mum found the card in my working pants.
Argh!
She was only 10 mins LATE into informing me.
I had paid $20.40 for a replacement of a new membership card.
After i knew that my mum had found the card for me, i went back to the reception immediately for a refund.
Guess what?
PAUL(manager/in-charge of CALIFORNIA FITNESS ORCHARD BRANCH): "The card has been printed out. We are unable to refund or cancel."
I was freaking angry! It was barely 2 hours that I pay for the new card.
He totally ignored my requests and gave me a "can't be bothered with me look!"
  1. Why it can't be undone?
  2. Why can't I get my refund?
  3. Why is the "humans" so rigid?
  4. Why is that policy so straight?
  5. Why the member's plight cannot be considered on a case to case basics?

I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CALIFORNIA FITNESS!

I WON'T CONTINUED MY PLAN WITH CALIFORNIA FITNESS IN THE FUTURE WHEN MY DEAL IS UP!
